This is an application seeking modification in order dated 26.11.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13705 of 2013 in connection with Salaliya P.S. Case No. 4 of 2013 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad. It is submitted that due to some unavoidable circumstances petitioner failed to avail the liberty granted to him vide order aforementioned within stipulated period. Hence, as prayed for, subject to deposit of Rs. 2,500/- (Two Thousand Five Hundred) with District Legal Services Authority, Aurangabad, the period to avail the liberty granted to the petitioner vide order aforementioned is extended till 09th April, 2014. Let this order be communicated to the court aforementioned through FAX at the cost of the petitioner.
