The petitioner is in custody since 6.10.2013 in a case registered under Sections 120B, 124A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-a), 25(1-b)a, 26(i)(ii)(iii) 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 18, 20, 25 U.A.P. Act.
In course of raid four persons were including the petitioner were apprehended. The petitioner was found in possession of one country made pistol, one magazine, 32 cartridges.
Submission is that present case is the first case in which the petitioner has been implicated. The petitioner has no relations with the extremists’ organization.

Case No. 219 of 2013.
