counsel for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered against unknown 15-20 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 435, 427, 379 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act regarding burning of the tractor which was being utilized by brick kiln owner.
Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, has not been put on test identification parade though he is in custody since 12.12.2013. During investigation his name has come

on the basis of the confessional statement which has got no evidentiary value.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Dilip Sahni be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/court concerned, Vaishail at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2013.
