The petitioner is accused in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 77 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 342, 379, 324 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The accusation against the petitioner is that he caused injury twice through Dabia at the head of informant while Vikram Kunwar and Deepak Kunwar also gave Dabia blow at the hand and head of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that three injuries were found on the person of informant out of which injury no. 2 found on the forehead of the informant was simple in nature. It is further submitted that petitioner is the co-villager of the informant and occurrence took place due to land dispute. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 77 of 2013.
