From perusal of the said order it is quite apparent that the aforesaid Letters Patent Appeal was dismissed as infructuous and no specific direction was given to the authorities either for taking any step or for acting in any specific manner.

In the said circumstances, this petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum, if there is something done as per the fresh guidelines.
