This petition has been filed by the petitioner for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties for alleged disobedience of the order of this Court vide order dated

30.04.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8515 of 2012 by which the District Magistrate, Darbhanga was directed to dispose of the representation dated 13.02.2012 filed by the petitioner, if already not disposed of, as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

In the show cause filed by the opposite party no. 3 the order dated 13.05.2013 passed by the District Magistrate, Darbhanga in compliance of the said order has been annexed.

In the said circumstances, there is no occasion for initiating proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties. In the said order the District Magistrate has given certain findings which shows that he was in agreement with the points raised by the petitioner. In the said circumstances the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum, if the said order of the findings of the District Magistrate is not implemented.
