JUSTICE JAYANANDAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 7 13-11-2013 Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that in compliance to the orders of this Court petitioner has been reinstated and has been paid his all back wages from the date of termination itself. However, he submits that the orders of this Court were for grant of consequential benefits also which includes revision of pay scale, increment etc. which the opposite parties have not considered.
Learned G.P.-20 appears on behalf of the opposite parties. He assures this Court that in case the other admissible consequential benefits of the petitioner have not been considered and paid to him, the same shall be done positively within three months without prejudice to the liberty for the opposite parties to take any further step in the matter as may be required.
