Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has already sent her objection through speed post to the authorities of the Corporation, vide receipt as contained in Annexure 5 to the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that if the objection of the petitioner has been received by the authorities, the same shall be considered and the decision shall be communicated
