A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 4 along with which letters addressed to the petitioner are annexed as Annexures A and A/1.

has been considered and it has been found that since he has not completed the work, he is not entitled for full payment of amount of the bill and he has been asked to file show cause.
In the circumstances, this Court finds that no case of contempt is made in this application. The same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy for redressal of grievance in accordance with law.
