This writ application is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to appear before the Certificate Officer within two weeks from today. If they appear before the Certificate Officer within time, the Certificate Officer shall stay the execution of the warrant of arrest against them and shall allow them to file their objection within a short time which he will consider and dispose of by a speaking order before taking any further coercive action against them.
