ORAL ORDER
3 13-12-2013 This matter is running on the list since last many weeks
and was called out also. However, learned counsel did not appear
to assist this Court and today also he is not present.
A counter affidavit has been filed in the case by the
Insurance Company and in paragraph 5 it is stated that after filing
of the writ application the pension cheques have been sent to the
petitioner which has also been reported to have been encashed.
However, since learned counsel for the petitioner is not
present to press this application, the same is dismissed as not
pressed.
