and was called out also. However, learned counsel did not appear to assist this Court and today also he is not present to press this application.

Prayer of the petitioner in this writ application is for a direction to the respondents to convert the registration of the vehicle of the petitioner from Taxi to private vehicle and to refund the fine of Rs.7100/- realized from him.

However, since learned counsel for the petitioner is not present to press this application, the same is dismissed as not pressed.
