Learned counsel for the Bank submits that the Bank will co-operate in the proceedings before the Lok Adalat and shall produce all necessary papers before it as may be required for amicable settlement of the loan account of the petitioner.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Bank officials to co-operate in the proceedings before the lok Adalat and ensure its early disposal.
Till that is done, the proceeding under SARFAESI Act initiated by the Bank shall remain in abeyance.
