Petitioner is the borrower. Aggrieved by the auction sale notice published by the Recovery Officer of the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patna dated 23^rd August, 2013, the petitioner has filed the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the payments of the outstanding dues are accepted in easy installments, the petitioner is ready and willing to pay off the entire dues of the respondent Bank.
