JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 4 25-09-2013 On 22.08.2013, on an assurance given by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner shall vacate the suit premises on his own, this Court vide order dated 22.08.2013 had directed that no coercive steps shall be taken for delivery of possession. In view of the assurance given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned till 23.09.2013 recording expectation that by that time the petitioner would vacate the suit premises on his own. Till date the suit premises have not been vacated and prayer is being made to extend the time till 22.10.2013 for vacating the same. I deprecate the conduct of the petitioner and refuse to extend the time any more.
