2 24-09-2013 The only prayer, which has been made in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is to direct the court below to dispose of objection petition dated 15.9.2008 filed by the petitioner and to conclude the proceeding of final decree arising out of Title Partition Suit No. 205 of 2001.
Keeping in view the large pendency of cases before the court below it would not be appropriate for this Court to prescribe the time limit for concluding the proceeding of final decree arising

out of Title Partition Suit No. 205 of 2001. It is, however, directed that the court below shall proceed as expeditiously as possible for conclusion of proceeding of final decree of Title Partition Suit No. 205 of 2001.
So far as disposal of the objection petition dated 15.9.2008 is concerned, it has been urged, with reference to the order sheet that disposal of the said petition is being unnecessarily deferred. In such circumstance, I direct the court below to dispose of objection petition dated 15.9.2008 filed by the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order before the court below.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
