The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after 20 years of the marriage. During investigation the accusation was found false and final form was submitted, which was accepted, but on protest the cognizance has been taken.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on
