JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 6 04-07-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.6.2011 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of robbing a motorcycle on pistol point. Name of the petitioner subsequently sprang up.
It is submitted that there is no recovery from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on Test identification parade though the petitioner is accused in six other cases in which the petitioner was not named initially and after arrest the petitioner has been implicated in those cases.
It is submitted by the learned APP that the petitioner has also confessed his guilt.
Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that the petitioner has not been put on test identification parade till date, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
