The petitioner is languishing in custody since 2.2.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467,468,,472,475,420 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of realizing rupees one lac from three persons for providing employment abroad.
It is submitted that the informant is an agnate of the petitioner when other two persons have not made any complaint and there is no proof with regard to the payment. Statement has been made in paragraph 13 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of

the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Chautahm P.S. Case No. 59 of 2012.
