	This petition for anticipatory bail has been filed on behalf of the petitioner who apprehends his arrest for the offences under
	Sections 420, 467, 468, 323, 354, 504, 120 (B) and 34 of the I.P.C.

The allegation is with regard to the dispute arising over the construction of a building of Kasturba Vidyalaya Residential School, on the land of the informant and in connection therewith allegation of threatening by accused no.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is accused no.8 in the complaint and there is no whisper of any act comprises any offence against him. Moreover, the dispute being a civil nature is the subject matter of the writ petition before this Hon’ble Court.

Considering the above facts, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within 12 weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in Salkhua P.S.Case No.77/11, G.R.No.862/11, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
