The petitioner’s application for regular bail was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 17.12.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44571 of 2012 with an observation that the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months. However, the present application has been filed before completion of said period in two circumstances. Firstly, the co-accused Manan Singh was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.12.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43190 of 2012 and other co-accused Abhisek Rathor was granted bail vide order dated 26.11.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45830 of 2012.
