2 12-03-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 386, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons came with Farsa, Garasa and pistol at the field of the informant when petitioner nos. 1 and 4 Abdul Jabbar @ Md. Jabbar and Md. Sajjad on the point of pistol demanded Rs. 1,00,000/as ransom from the informant. However, the informant paid Rs. 10,000/to them.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the
petitioners that due to land dispute, accusation has
been levelled when the petitioners have no criminal
antecedent.

In view of this Court, let the learned court
below consider regular bail of petitioner nos. 1 and
4 if they surrender within a period of six weeks
from the date of receipt of copy of this order in
connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 267 of
2011 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M.
Banka.

With this observation, the anticipatory bail
application of petitioner nos. 1 and 4 is disposed
off.

Let the order be faxed to the learned court
below at the cost of the petitioners.

Considering the fact that there is no
specific accusation against petitioner nos. 2 and 3
let them except petitioner nos. 1 and 4 be released
on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before
the learned court below within a period of twelve
weeks from today in connection with Banka (Barahat)
P.S. Case No. 267 of 2011 on furnishing bail bond of
Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of
the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
learned C.J.M. Banka, subject to the conditions as
