and the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 504, 379, 427, 380, 448 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The accusations are of assaulting when the informant was ploughing the land and abusing by calling caste name.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the same land was purchased by the petitioners and Annexure-2 reflects that summons were

issued in 2011. Moreover, the informant has not given any description of the land on which occurrence took place.

Considering the fact that accusation arises out of land dispute, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nawada in connection with Complaint Case No. 703 of 2007, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
