JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 14-01-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of assaulting with Farsa to the informant. The injury has been found to be simple when there is counter version of occurrence also. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
