arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384,385 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that Rs.400 was taken on the pretext of providing electric connection and Rs.4000 was taken from Geeta Devi for providing the benefits under Indira Awas scheme.

It is submitted that since the petitioners have some scuffle with the compounder who set up the informant to lodge the present case and the petitioner in no way is authorized to sanction the benefits under Indira Awas scheme.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve

weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sherghati in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 130 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
