This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 304 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the wife of the informant was got admitted in the clinic of Dr. Deepak Kumar and this petitioner who is the maid servant in the said clinic disclosing herself to be a doctor treated her and during treatment she died.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the lady and is in jail custody since 19.09.2012.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara (Nawada) P. S. Case No. 221 of 2012, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear in the case on each and every date fixed by the court below and any absence of the petitioner shall be subject to the satisfaction of the court below on reasonable grounds.
