Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 31.8.2012 passed in Cr.Misc. No.32554/12.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is observation that the trial be expedited but as still it appears that the trial is in the stage of commitment, the District Judge, Gaya, is directed to expedite the trial for early conclusion preferably with six months from today. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, The prayer for bail stands rejected. However, petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail, in case the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period.
