	The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a
	case registered for the offences punishable under
	Sections 324, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that Kamta Rai and Bhuneshwar Rai assaulted the Dab on the stomach of the victim. It is further alleged that the petitioner was standing with Pagharia in his hand, which is a grass cutting weapon.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no accusation of assault against the petitioner and a statement has been made in para 10 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the

event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 70 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
