The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.
96 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has been made from the joint family house on 14.01.2011 when the prosecution report was transmitted to the learned court below on 14.03.2011. A statement has been made in para 10 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
