It appears from Annexure 6 that earlier O.P. No. 7, Krishna Sharma, filed Cr. Misc. No. 20605 of 2004 to transfer of Sessions Trial No. 125 of 1998 pending in the Court of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Chapra and also of Complaint Case No. 273 of 1996 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrae, Siwan in same Court which has been dismissed taking into consideration that petitioner has approached at late state.
