Case No.21 of 1999, from the court of Special Judge, Vigilance, Trap, Bihar, Patna, to other equal court at Muzaffarpur, which was earlier transferred from the Vigilance Court, Muzaffarpur to Special Court of Vigilance, Trap, Bihar, Patna.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no progress in the case.
The petitioner has not taken a justifiable ground to transfer the aforesaid case from the court of Special Judge,
