2 03-01-2013 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a
case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,
366 of the I.P.C.
It is alleged that the informant was confined for
three days by Mintu Singh. Petitioners are the agnates and step
mother of Mintu Singh. The Mintu Singh was earlier married
to the other sister of the informant who died subsequently
when the informant was released after making payment which
was managed by taking loan when it is alleged that petitioners
were associates of Mintu Singh when at the time of release, for
the payment of the remaining amount the assault was made by
Mintu Singh and Sonu Singh.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
petitioners that the occurrence is of 02.02.2012 when the

victim returned on 05.02.2012 for which the complaint was filed on 07.02.2012 which came to be registered as police case on 01.03.2012 and the thrust of accusation is against Mintu Singh who happens to be the brother-in-law of the informant. It is further submitted that informant has retracted from the initial version and a supplementary affidavit has been filed to the effect that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the same, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 26 of 2012.
