Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 307, 379 and 506 of the Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in Cr. Misc. No. 15327 of 2012 on 24.07.2012 with an observation to renew the prayer after framing of the charge.
Status report of Sugauli P.S. Case No. 374 of 2011 was called for on 07.11.2012, which has been received and is at flag ‘A’ in which it has been mentioned that three witnesses have already been examined till 05.12.2012.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
The prayer for bail is rejected .
The trial Court is directed to dispose of the case preferably within a period of four months and if the trial is not concluded within fur months, then, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
