It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is a student of Intermediate of Science and last date is 28.09.2013 for filling form in his college. It is further contended by him that in the aforesaid circumstance, this petition should be heard out of turn.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as allegation levelled against the petitioner is concerned, he along with several boys and girls were caught in a hotel and having similar allegation, some co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
