Taking into consideration the allegation levelled against the petitioners as well as materials collected by the Investigating Officer in course of investigation, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and hence, their prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 218 of 2013 arising out of Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 287 of 2012 pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur stands rejected.
However, learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioners and try to conclude the same as early as possible, particularly, keeping in mind the new amendment which has taken place in the Cr.P.C.
