Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 325, 341, 380, 451, 504/34 of the I.P.C. Accusation is of making assault and committing theft in the house of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that though injuries have been found to be grievous but the accusation is omnibus and general when petitioners’ side lodged the case at earlier point of time and petitioners’ side have also received injuries.

stands disposed off.
