	The petitioner being the father of the husband of the
	victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences
	punishable under Sections 328 and 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after ten years of the marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after investigation, the petitioner was not sent up for trial when the husband and brother of the husband of the victim were chargesheeted under Section 328 and 306/34 of the IPC but differing with the final form, the cognizance under Section 328 and 306/34 of the IPC has been taken against the petitioner also. It is further submitted that the postmortem report does not reflect any injury and others have been granted anticipatory bail.

petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 102 of 2009, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
