2 09-10-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner being mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C. Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after one year of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that victim was under certain depression when she consumed poison when accusation is not specific against the petitioner and husband of the victim is in custody. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today,
