The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 201/34 and 304B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after 2½ years of marriage for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted that accusation is not specific against the petitioners rather specific accusation is against the husband of the victim. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 211
