The petitioner was on bail but for misusing the privilege of the same he has been taken into custody. Submission is that the petitioner had been to Delhi and when he came then he has been arrested on 8.5.2013 and since then he is in custody. It has been also submitted that house of the petitioner was speed away on account of flood and on account of that he had been to Delhi with his family members.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Adhoc
