The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a Complaint case registered under Sections 109, 120B, 384, 420, 467, 468, 471, 342 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code in which cognizance has been taken under sections 384, 342 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that no case of extortion is made out and other offences are petty offences. It has also been submitted that son of the complainant has been recovered from a temple and has been handed over to his parents. It is further submitted that petitioners Sakaldev Rai, Anandi Roy and Kabutri Devi got two

sale deeds executed and from the same land complainant Jai Narayan Paswan got created a forged deed.

Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender within 20 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M./concerned Court, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with C.R. Case No. 753 of 2012, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
