Petitioners have prayed for quashing the first information report of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 378 of 2006 which has been registered under Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act against the petitioners on the allegation that business premises of petitioners were searched on 10.10.2006 and 11.10.2006 and in huge quantity blue kerosene oil was recovered from the business premises of petitioners and accordingly, first information report was lodged for violation of Bihar Trade Articles (License Unification) Order, 1984.
