I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the grounds mentioned by me in my previous order dated 20-06-2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11953 of 2012 and, accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 26 of 2012 arising out of Wazirganj (Tankuppa) P.S. Case No. 162 of 2011 pending in the court of Ad hoc Additional Session Judge (.VI , Gaya is, again, rejected.
It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that the case of the petitioner has already been committed to the court of sessions and presently, the case is pending in the court of Ad hoc Additional Session Judge-VI, Gaya.
In the aforesaid circumstance, learned trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner.
