3	03-04-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is second attempt on behalf of the petitioner whose prayer was refused by order dated 28.04.2012 in Cr.Misc. no. 6026 of 2012. As is evident from the report of the court below matter is pending examination of one single witness and trial court expects its conclusion within two months. In view of the above, for the present, prayer is refused. The trial court is directed to proceed expeditiously and do all the needful and preferably conclude the trial within the period as expected by him. Let this order be communicated through FAX at the cost of petitioner toAdditional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-I, Banka, in S.Trial no. 1083 of 2011 arising out of Bounsi P.S.
