This is an application seeking relaxation in
the condition imposed on offer to deposit Rs. 12,00,000/- (Twelve Lacs) with personal undertaking to pay remaining dues after accounting within six months of his release vide order dated 14.12.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42979/2012 in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 298/2011 pending
in the court of Additional Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Patna City.
It is submitted that the only earning member is brother of the petitioner anyhow managed to deposit Rs. 2,10,000/- (two lacs ten thousand), and petitioner further undertakes to pay remaining amount within six months of his release failing which the privilege of bail may be treated cancelled.
Having regard to the submissions and deposit of the amount, let order be treated modified to the extent of release on deposit of amount of Rs.
