The allegation is with regard to killing of Mrityunjay Yadav as a result of firing and the FIR discloses that the firing was committed by Nirmal Yadav and Bambam Yadav whereas the allegation against the petitioner is snatching of the ‘gamcha’ of the informant. 3. Considering that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner causing death of Mrityunjay Yadav, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10, 000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S.
