Cases arise out of Sikraul P.S. case No. 14 of 2013 registered under Section-307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly, the above-said Cr. Misc. Cases are being disposed of by this common order.

The specific allegation against the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 32065 of 2013 is that he gave one iron rod blow on the head of injured, Madhav Singh whereas; allegation against petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 36186 of 2013 is that he gave one Rami blow on the left hand of the informant.

Although the injured, Madhav Singh sustained altogether six injuries and the injury No. 5 was found grievous in nature but no grievous injury was found on the head of the injured, Madhav Singh. Similarly, the informant sustained altogether five injuries and one injury was found grievous in nature and that too, only dislocation.

Admittedly, other accused have already been granted privilege of bail by learned court below itself.

Accordingly, petitioners, namely, Bablu Singh and Pintu Singh @ Pinto Singh are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sikraul P.S. case No. 14 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
