JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 2 26-09-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.02.2013 on the accusation that he took rupees five thousand from the informant on 01.07.2012 on pretext that he will return rupees forty six thousand after one year. Some documents are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed that they were also cheated by the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ankur Gupta, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Darbhanga in connection with Singwara P.S. Case No. 19 of 2013.
