The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by putting her on fire. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in subsequent statement, the informant has admitted that the marriage was performed twenty years prior to occurrence. In the F.I.R., the informant has suggested that the victim conveyed to him that she was being killed by her in-laws including the petitioner who is husband of the victim.
