running two trucks on the basis of forged temporaryroad permit. |

The petitioner undertakes to deposit the |

amount of tax including penalty within three months. |

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the |
|
petitioner, above named, be released on provisional |
|
anticipatory bail for three months in the event ofarrest or surrender before the learned court below |

within a period of twelve weeks from today in
connection with Sadar Dagarwa P.S. Case No. 326 of
2008 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten
Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Purnea,
subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The provisional bail of the petitioner will
be confirmed by the learned court below on deposit
of tax and penalty by the petitioner within a period
of three months.
